outlines our procedures and terms for the delivery of your
fragrance products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
2. Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping Only: Mood Fragrance SA currently
offers shipping services exclusively within the Republic of
South Africa.
No International Shipping: We regret to inform you that
we do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped exclusively via reputable courier
services. This ensures reliable and tracked delivery of your
valuable fragrance products.
4. Shipping Costs
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders
throughout South Africa
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our
facility within 1-3 business days after payment has been
successfully cleared and confirmed.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public
holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally:
Major Metropolitan Areas: 2-4 business days
Regional Areas: 3-7 business days
Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are
not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen
circumstances, courier operational issues, or peak seasons.
Mood Fragrance SA is not liable for any delays caused by
the courier service.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a
shipping confirmation email containing your tracking
number and a link to track your parcel's progress directly
with the courier service.
It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking updates.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details
It is crucial that you provide accurate and complete
delivery details (including full physical address, contact
person, and phone number) at the time of placing your
order.
Mood Fragrance SA will not be held responsible for non-
delivery or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or
outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect
details will be the responsibility of the customer.
9. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Parcels
Our courier partners will typically make 2-3 delivery
attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts,
the parcel may be returned to our facility.
If a parcel is returned to Mood Fragrance SA due to
unsuccessful delivery attempts or if it is unclaimed by the
customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-
shipping the parcel. If a refund is requested in such a
scenario, the initial shipping fee and any return-to-sender
fees charged by the courier will be deducted from the
refund amount.
10. Damaged Parcels Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect it carefully
before signing for delivery.
If the parcel or its contents appear to be damaged upon
arrival, please:
1. Make a note of the damage on the courier's delivery slip.
2. If possible, take clear photographs of the damaged
packaging and product before opening.
3. Notify Mood Fragrance SA immediately (within 24 hours
of delivery) by emailing info@moodsa.co.za with your
order number and the photographic evidence.

Conditions and Section 6.1 of our Refund Policy for full
details on how we handle products genuinely broken upon
delivery, which is at Mood Fragrance SA’s discretion.
11. Lost Parcels
In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit by the
courier service, please contact us immediately. We will
assist you in lodging an investigation with the courier.
Resolution for lost parcels will be handled on a case-by-
case basis and may involve a replacement shipment or a
refund, depending on the outcome of the courier's
investigation.
12. Force Majeure
Mood Fragrance SA shall not be liable for any failure or
delay in performance of its obligations due to events
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to,
acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, epidemics,
pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or natural
disasters. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts
to inform you of the delay and estimated new delivery
timeline.
13. Policy Updates
Mood Fragrance SA reserves the right to update or modify
this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be
effective immediately upon posting on our Website. We
encourage you to review this policy periodically.
